1、八个月以上有效期护照原件(需有4页以上空白签证页)
2、2寸白底彩色证件照2张(近半年正规相馆拍摄，大头照，不能佩戴饰品眼镜)
3、身份证正反面高清晰复印件
4、签证申请表（附件，需打印出来由申请人亲笔签字！）
5、经济能力证明（以下资料二选一）
a、3个月以上银行流水或存款证明，余额需有5万以上原件（不可以最后一笔入账5万元或者大笔存
入，打印日期不得超出申请日期两周）
b、国际通用的信用卡正面复印件及三个月的流水明细账单原件(信用卡额度不低于5万元)【信用卡需要到银行打印有卡号且有持卡人姓名的盖银行章】。
6、有工作单位者,可提交中英文在职证明（需提供公司抬头纸写的在职证明，要标注公司电话号码及地址，且要申明保留申请人职位直至其返回岗位在职证明须盖公章且有负责人签字），企业营业执照复印件并加盖公章。
7、之前申请过菲签、去过菲律宾者请提供旧签证纸；如有延期需提供延期发票及延期的解释信；
如旧签证纸丢失了请到支付宝里实名查询出入境记录下载打印出来；
儿童另需提供：a、满16岁至18岁，可独立申请并前往菲律宾，但需提供父母同意书及父母财力证明以及与父母的关系证明；b、16岁以下：需提供出生证明复印件或者与父母一起的户口本复印件或者户籍证明证明与父母的关系，与父母同行的机票，父母的银行流水账单近三个月且余额三万元以上。如果父母不同行，需提供父母的委托函认证书即WEG;
8、往返机票行程单;
9、全程酒店订单英文版。
10、如为学生，需提供学校录取通知书或者学校上学期的成绩单，并提供学校发函人的有效菲律宾证件及学校任职证明。
友情提醒：签证官有权要求您提供全程的旅游酒店订单及她认为的必要材料。
